Payment
Make a payment to confirm the order and secure the queue. International bank transfer and Credit Card payment are available.
Production
Production lead-time is 45–90 days, depending on difficulty and the queue on hand. The estimated delivery date will be provided when the order is confirmed.
Delivery
Overseas delivery is available.
For a small package less than 1 CBM, it will be air freight door-to-door. The sea freight option is available only for package sizes 1 CBM and larger.

Payment

  1. The product price are excluded packaging fees, shipping and delivery fees
  2. Products prices are subject to change without further notice
  3. Quotation is valid for 7 days after the issue date
  4. The invoice value is less than 30,000 THB, full payment is required
  5. For invoice values greater than 30,000 THB, a 50% upfront payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is due when production is completed
  6. In the event that the payment is overdue for more than 30 days, PAT Garage reserves the right to cancel any order, refuse a refund, and/or suspend production
  7. Products are made-to-order, non-refundable, and non-returnable

Refund & Return Policy

  1. You agree to comply with our guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of products through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase orders and payment made between you and the seller.
  2. You agree to pay for products by credit or debit card that can be used for a legal settlement
  3. You acknowledge that products are made to order, non-refundable, and non-returnable unless you receive a product that is not appropriate to the agreement or the product you receive is significantly different from the seller's description.
  4. You acknowledge the Refund Policy of a payment that are successfully paid, this can be done only when the seller agrees and notifies the refund request.
  5. You acknowledge all refunds to be made through the original payment method and to the person making the transaction.
  6. You acknowledge no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The refund process may take time and depends on each bank and/or the payment service provider who process the refund.
